みなさんは ラーメンが 好きですか?
(Do you like Ramen?)
わたしは 大好(だいす)きです🍜🫶
Ramen is one of the most famous and popular Japanese foods, and there are many Ramen places in Singapore.
Today, I would love to introduce my 2 hidden best ramen shops in SG.
①🌟Liu Lang Mian Noodle Bar
🍽11:30-15:00
🌙17:00~21:00
(Closed on Monday)

This restaurant is located in Alexandra Central Mall near IKEA!
You can choose soup and dry, but I highly recommend soup one🍜
It was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I tried “Grilled Duck Chashu(S$14.5)”!
I added the Soy Rame Egg since I saw “Must Add” on the menu screen.

This is exactly the good Shoyu Ramen that I wanted to eat!
I can feel strong umami from the soup and the noodle is very thick and chewy.
Especially the Grilled Duck is mind-blowingly delicious!!
It was so tender and had exquisite smokiness, and I love that.
Also, the staff is so friendly and I could have a good time in this restaurant.

②🌟Ramen-ya
🍽11:30-14:00
🌙17:00~21:00
(Closed on Monday)

This restaurant is located in East Village in Bedok.
Their store interior is unique and I felt as if I were in a Japanese ramen shop.

They have Tonkotsu Ramen, Shio Ramen, Shoyu Ramen, and Udon.
I tried “Special Tonkotsu Ramen(S$13.80+)” since it seems to be their Signature menu.

This reminds me of the Ramen that I’ve had in Fukuoka.
I can say this is the most authentic Tonkotsu Ramen you can find in Singapore.
You can add the chili powder if you would like to change the flavor of the ramen.

If you are looking for affordable Japanese Ramen in Singapore, Liu Lang Mian Noodle Bar and Ramen-ya are definitely a place to have it🏃
I can recommend these 2 restaurants with confidence!
ぜひ 行(い)ってみてください😊
(You should go there!)
