Today, I’d love to introduce a new restaurant in Singapore that serves authentic Japanese Hamburg steak. 🇸🇬
This Hamburg steak specialty restaurant, which is hugely popular in Japan, has finally arrived in Singapore! 🎉

🌟挽肉と米(Hikiniku To Come)

This restaurant is located on Level 1 of VivoCity.
The only dish on the menu is the “Hikiniku To Come Set”, priced at $27.90++.
The set comes with three Hamburg steak patties, along with miso soup, a raw egg, and unlimited rice refills.
Best of all, the Hamburg steak patties are carefully grilled right in front of you and served hot and fresh!
For the first patty, I followed the restaurant’s recommendation and tried it without any condiments.
It was incredibly juicy, and I was blown away by how delicious it was.
For the second patty, I had it with grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce.
The light, refreshing flavors of the ponzu and daikon paired perfectly with the rich Hamburg steak.
It was absolutely delicious!✨
For the third patty, I tried it with some of the condiments provided.
There were plenty to choose from, but my favorite was the “Salted Lemon with Green Chilli”! 🍋
The bright, refreshing flavor of the lemon paired beautifully with the rich Hamburg steak.
The rice was so delicious that I couldn’t resist getting refills and ended up eating three bowls!
To finish, I sprinkled some “Soy Sauce Flakes” over the rice and made Tamago Kake Gohan (Egg over Rice).
It was absolutely delicious too!
Honestly, I think the Tamago Kake Gohan alone is worth a visit.
