Movie: “Look Back”🎬
Have you watched Look Back✨?
If you’re a fan of manga or anime, you might have heard of it. It’s a short film by the creator of Chainsaw Man, and despite being released in only 119 theaters across Japan, it became a huge hit, topping the box office.✨
Some were worried that, like other manga adaptations, it might lose the essence of the original, but that wasn’t the case at all.
The movie beautifully portrays themes of failure, parting ways, and taking on new challenges—things we’ve all experienced at some point.✨
When I watched it, I was deeply moved and even cried. It’s painful, but it captures the beauty of life and friendship. ✨
The passion for manga, the jealousy—it’s incredible how a 58-minute film can evoke such strong emotions. 👏
It’s definitely worth experiencing in the cinema, where you can truly reflect on your own passions. 👍
Since it’s been a while since its release in Singapore, there may not be many screenings left, so if you have time, I highly recommend going to see it soon. And if you’ve already watched it, please share your thoughts in the comments!😌
