Difference between 「ドラえもんは鼻が赤いです」and 「ドラえもんの鼻は赤いです」

When you learned this sentence pattern in basic level, did you think what's the difference? That means you are very smart and understood basic grammar well. Actually both sentence has almost the same meaning, but I would like to explain the subtle nuance for my smart students . 1)  Q ドラえもんはどんなまんがのキャラクターですか。   A1 ◯ ドラえもんは鼻が赤いまんがのキャラクターですよ。   A2 ?ドラえもんの鼻は赤いですよ。 2) Q ドラえもんの鼻は赤いですか。   A1  ? はい、ドラえもんは鼻が赤いですよ。   A2  ◯ はい、ドラえもんの鼻は赤いですよ。 In sentence 1), topic is about ドラえもん instead of Hello Kitty, for example. To mark topic in this sentence, 「は」is used after 「ドラえもん」 But in sentence 2), topic is about Doraemon's nose. Instead of its eyes, for example. To mark topic in this sentence, 「は」is use after 「ドラえもんの鼻」. 1-1)シンガポールは空港がきれいです。 2-1)シンガポールの空港はきれいです。 In sentence 1-1), topic is about シンガポール, instead of Japan, for example. To mark topic in this sentence, 「は」is used after 「シンガポール」 But in sentence 2), topic is about シンガポールの空港. Instead of her SMRT station. for example. To mark topic in this sentence, 「は」is use after 「シンガポールの空港」.
